Accord AI, Inc. ("Accord AI," "we," "us," or "our") provides technology-enabled forensic accounting services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit accordai.net (the "Site").

This Policy applies only to information collected through the Site. It does not apply to forensic accounting engagements, client matter data, or services delivered under separate written agreements.

Information We Collect

When you visit the Site, we may automatically collect limited technical information such as pages viewed, browser type, device type, operating system, approximate geographic location derived from IP address, referral source, and visit timestamps.

If you use our intake scheduler on the Site, Google may collect information you provide when booking a call, such as your name and email address. That information is processed by Google according to Google's privacy policies.

We do not collect client matter data, financial records, account credentials, or other sensitive engagement materials through the public Site.

How We Use Information

We use Site information to understand how visitors use our website, improve content and usability, measure marketing performance, maintain Site security, and respond to inquiries.

We do not use Site analytics data to make decisions about forensic accounting engagements.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use a first-party cookie and local storage entry to remember your analytics consent choice for up to 180 days.

If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect aggregated usage data. GA4 may set cookies such as _ga and related identifiers. We configure analytics to load only after you accept.

If you decline analytics cookies, GA4 is not loaded and analytics cookies are not set by us.

Our intake scheduler is embedded from Google Calendar. When you interact with the scheduler, Google may set its own cookies or collect information according to Google's policies, independent of your analytics choice.

Google Calendar scheduling — appointment booking for forensic intake reviews.
