Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of accordai.net (the "Site"), operated by Accord AI, Inc. ("Accord AI," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

About Accord AI

Accord AI provides technology-enabled forensic accounting services, including structured ledger preparation, evidence packaging, and related professional workflows for legal, investigative, and advisory teams.

The Site is an informational marketing website. It describes our services and allows you to request a forensic intake review. The Site does not itself deliver forensic accounting services.

No Professional Relationship

Use of the Site, including browsing content or scheduling an intake call, does not create an attorney-client relationship, expert witness relationship, accountant-client relationship, or any other professional engagement with Accord AI.

A professional engagement with Accord AI begins only when both parties execute a separate written agreement, such as an engagement letter, statement of work, or similar contract.

No Advice

Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, tax, accounting, forensic, or other professional advice.

You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions based on information found on the Site.

Permitted Use

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with Site operation, scrape or harvest content without permission, or use the Site in any way that could harm Accord AI or others.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, layouts, and design, are owned by Accord AI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view Site content for personal or internal business evaluation. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.

Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may include embedded tools or links to third-party services, including Google Calendar for scheduling intake reviews. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Accord AI is not responsible for third-party services, websites, or content that we do not control.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Accord AI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Accord AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Accord AI's total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Accord AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that courts located in Utah will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
